Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual to join our team here at Standard as an Information Technology Coordinator. The IT Coordinator collaborates with leadership personnel to uphold company operations by installing, repairing, and updating computer software or hardware for employees. The job is to use their knowledge of computer systems to assist company employees so they can complete their job duties effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual to kickstart their career in the IT field.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support- providing first -line tech support to end users: assisting employees with IT issues.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance as needed.
  • User Account Management: including onboarding and off boarding procedures, ensuring proper access is granted based on job roles.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining IT security policies.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Improve existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications: making recommendations based on findings.
  • Performs a wide variety of general maintenance and technical tasks to include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading and disposing of computer systems hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Managing technical support cases via phone and email submission
  • Update the company website as needed.

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Outstanding knowledge of software maintenance
  • Implement process improvements.
  • Basic understanding of IT principles and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Compensation

Salary commensurate with experience $50,000- $55,000 per year (posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Standard reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity).
